CASSEROLE MORE PLEASE 
1 lb. (or more) ground beef
2 lg. onion, sliced or chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. instant rice
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 can cream mushroom soup
1 c.cream chicken soup
1 1/2 cans (soup) water
1 lg. can Chinese noodles

Brown beef; add onions and celery. Cook until tender. Add remaining ingredients except noodles. Place in casserole dish, uncovered. Bake 350 degrees for 50 minutes; stirring once or twice during baking period. Sprinkle noodles over top and bake 10 minutes more.

Note: Sliced, canned mushrooms can also be used, or sliced stuffed olives but sparingly on account of the salt in them. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
