BROILED STUFFED SCALLOPS 
1 1/2 lb. scallops
1/2 c. melted butter
2 c. Italian bread crumbs
2-3 tbsp. sherry (optional)
Salt & pepper

Roll scallops in 1 cup crumbs and 1/4 cup butter. Mix 1 cup crumbs, sherry and 1/4 cup butter and seasonings in flat casserole. Place breaded scallops in single layer and drizzle with melted butter. Broil 2 inches from heat until brown.
