TACO HOTDISH 
1 lb. ground beef
Onion, (medium size)
16 oz. stewed tomatoes
1 1/2 lbs. kidney beans
1 1/2 c. corn chips
1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
Taco or chili seasoning (1 package)
2 c. lettuce, chopped
2 med. tomatoes, chopped
1/4 c. sliced ripe olives

Brown ground beef and onion. Add 1 package seasoning, tomatoes and kidney beans. Mix these all together and put into a 2 quart casserole dish.

Sprinkle corn chips and cheddar cheese on top. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Put remaining 3 ingredients on top and serve.
