CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP 
1 whole chicken
1 pkg. "Grandma's" frozen noodles
1 onion, chopped
2-3 carrots, chopped (optional)
2-3 celery stalks, chopped (optional)

Thaw noodles completely. Cook chicken in pot of water with onion, carrots and celery (if desired). When chicken is done, 2 to 3 hours, remove from pot, debone and return meat to pot. Add more water if necessary. Bring to a boil and add noodles one at a time. (It will be necessary to separate them.) Cook until noodles are done, 15 to 20 minutes, then serve.
