BREAD PUDDING 
1 c. raisins (1) hard cover, with hot water for a few minutes
2 eggs, beaten slightly
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. milk
2 slices bread, broken in small pieces
Cinnamon and nutmeg to taste

If you soak raisins in hot water, put bread in water. If not, soak bread in milk. Bake at 350 degrees in pan of water at least 1 hour.
