WINTER BERRY MOLD 
1 pkg. (3 oz.) raspberry flavored gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1 can (8 oz.) whole berry or jellied cranberry sauce
1 tbsp. grated orange peel
1/2 c. chopped apple
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. sour cream

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Break up cranberry sauce, stir into gelatin. Add orange peel, apple and walnuts; blend well. Fold in sour cream. Pour into 4 to 4 1/2 cup mold. Chill until firm. Unmold to serve. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
