COCONUT BALLS 
2 lb. bag of powdered sugar
1 lg. can Eagle Brand milk
1 lg. pkg. coconut
1/2 lb. butter
1 tbsp. vanilla
2 c. nuts, chopped
2 pkgs. candy quik, chocolate

Mix first 6 ingredients. Place in refrigerater or for 1/2 hour. Melt 1 package of candy quik at a time in a double boiler. Make small round balls out of refrigerated batter and dip in the chocolate.

Place on waxed paper to harden. Stor in refrigerater. Other ingredients such as peanut butter, mint, cocoa and chopped maraschino cherries may be added to batter before dipping.
