PRETZELS 
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. whole wheat flour
1 pkg. fast rising yeast
3/4 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. hot water
2 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. cool water
1 egg
2 tbsp. sesame seeds
1/2 tsp. coarse salt
Prepared mustard

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Grease baking sheet and lightly flour wooden surface for kneading. Measure and mix together the flours (set aside 1 cup of the all-purpose flour), yeast and salt. Add the water, honey and oil. Stir with wooden spoon until combined. Add enough of the set aside flour to make a soft dough. Knead for 5 to 7 minutes or until dough is smooth and elastic. Cut the dough into 12 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a smooth 15" rope. Form the pretzels into loops. Sprinkle lightly with the sesame seeds and coarse salt. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve with mustard.
