EL PAPA CALO SALSA 
Fresh Serano peppers, 1/8 of a bag
2 cans tomato juice
2 big tomatoes
2 med. yellow onions
1 lg. red onion
2 bunches green onion
Salt to taste
Chips

In a blender, puree pepper with tomato juice, filled to the top of the peppers. Save. In a large bowl, chop all onion and tomatoes. Pour peppers and tomato juice over onions. Mix well and salt to taste. Best when left in refrigerator overnight. Use other can of tomato juice to make milder. Great over meals and for chips and salsa.
