FLAN DE QUESO (Cheese Flan) 
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese (room temp.)
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 can evaporated milk
8 egg yolks (room temp.)
1 tsp. vanilla
4 tbsp. sugar

In a bowl mix cheese at low speed. Add one egg at a time, then vanilla, condensed milk and evaporated milk. Set aside.

Place sugar in an eight inch square pan and melt over low heat on stove until it turns to caramel. Remove from heat. Pour cheese and egg mixture into pan. Place pan into oblong pan in which 4 cups of water has been added. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
