CINCINNATI CHILI 
1 lb. lean ground turkey
1 lg. onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. paprika
1 tsp. fresh ground black pepper
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. grated nutmeg
1 1/4 c. canned crushed tomatoes
13 3/4 oz. can beef broth
1 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 tbsp. honey
1/2 oz. unsweetened chocolate, grated

Spray 10 inch skillet with Pam. Add turkey, onion, garlic. Cook 2-3 minutes. Stir in chili powder, paprika, pepper, cumin. Add tomatoes, beef broth, vinegar, honey and chocolate. Bring to boil; reduce heat to low; simmer 30 minutes. Serving suggestions; add 1 can kidney beans and heat and serve over hot spaghetti and top with diced onions and shredded Cheddar cheese.
