1 box yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. white sugar
3/4 c. Wesson oil
1/2 pt. (8 oz.) sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. cinnamon

Mix first 7 ingredients together; spread half of the batter in a 9x13x2 inch pan. Mix 2 tablespoons brown sugar and 2 tablespoons cinnamon and sprinkle over batter in pan. Pour remaining batter in pan, spreading evenly. Bake in a 275 degree oven for 1 hour. Cool slightly; glaze cake while it is still warm.

SOCK IT TO ME GLAZE:

1 c. white sugar
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 tbsp. Karo light syrup

Mix all together and cook 3 minutes. Punch holes in cake and pour glaze over cake while cake is still warm.
