TERIYAKI RIBS 
4 lbs. spareribs (cut apart)
1/2 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. cooking oil
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. brown sugar
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. honey

Mix together all ingredients except for the honey. Pour over the ribs. Marinate in refrigerator 4 to 6 hours or overnight; baste occasionally. Grill ribs over slow coals 50 minutes or more depending on coals. Stir honey into the marinade and baste over ribs last 10 to 15 minutes. serve with sweet and sour sauce or Chinese style hot mustard.
