ORANGE DRESSING DIP 
1/3 c. orange juice
1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 egg, beaten
1 c. sugar
1 c. Cool Whip
Pinch of salt

Combine juices, egg and sugar in top of double boiler. Place over boiling water. Cook stirring constantly for about 10 minutes. Cool completely. Fold in Cool Whip and salt. Chill thoroughly. Serve with fresh fruit. Yields 2 cups.
