MANDARIN CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. salad oil
1 can mandarin orange with juice

Grease and flour a 9 x 13 inch pan. Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Mix in large bowl and beat all ingredients for 4 minutes. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes. Cool.

FROSTING:

8 oz. thawed Cool Whip
1 instant pudding mix
1 c. (1 sm. can) crushed pineapple
1 can mandarin oranges

Mix pudding and pineapple; mix in Cool Whip. Frost cake. Set oranges on top for decoration.
