1 can corned beef
2 c. chopped celery
2 tbsp. grated onion
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
3 hard cooked eggs
1 pkg. lemon gelatin
1 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. boiling water

Mix gelatin with water. Cool. Add corned beef in small pieces. Add gelatin to other ingredients. Fold in mayonnaise last. Pour into loaf pan or small molds. Serve on slice of pineapple on lettuce.
