STUFFED SQUASH 
4-6 whole squash (or any amount desired)
1 lb. ground chuck or ground round meat
1 c. rice
Salt and pepper to taste
Dried mint
Lemon juice

Scoop out squash. Mix meat, rice, salt and pepper. Add 1 tablespoon dried mint, dash of lemon juice. Stuff squash. Line bottom of saucepan with squash stems, then place in stuffed squash. Cover with water, mint and lemon juice. Place plate on top to hold squash down. Cook until done.
