BROCCOLI CASSEROLE WITH RICE 
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 tbsp. butter
2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli (defrosted)
1 can cream chicken soup
1/2 c. milk
1 small jar cheese whiz
2 c. instant rice, uncooked

Sauté onion and celery in butter. Combine all ingredients in casserole dish.

Bake 1 hour at 350°F.
