SUNSHINE SPECIAL PEPPER STEAK 
1 tbsp. oil
1/2 lb. boneless sirloin or round steak, cut into thin strips
1 sm. green pepper, cut into strips
1 sm. onion, thinly sliced
1 env. Lipton Tomato Cup-a-Soup
1 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
3/4 c. water

In small skillet, heat oil and brown beef. Add green pepper and onion and cook until almost tender. Stir in instant tomato soup mix, soy sauce and cornstarch blended with water. Simmer, stirring frequently, 10 minutes or until sauce is thickened. Makes about 2 servings.
