2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 tbsp. chopped pimiento
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash cayenne pepper
Dash of salt
Dried beef

Mix all ingredients. Form into ball. Roll in dried beef, snipped into small pieces.
