SOUR CREAM FUDGE 
3 c. white sugar
1 c. sour cream
1 stick of butter
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
2 tbsp. corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts

Cook to softball stage. Cool to lukewarm, beat, adding vanilla and nuts as it thickens. 7 1/2 x 12 pan or 8 x 8 pan.
