FILLING:

6-8 med. sweet potatoes
1 block butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar

Boil sweet potatoes, drain and mash. To mashed potatoes, add butter, vanilla, and sugar. Mix well. Set aside.

DOUGH:

1 box yellow cake mix

Prepare according to package directions. Add enough all-purpose flour to make a firm dough. Roll. Cut into circles. Put sweet potato mixture in center, fold dough over and crimp with fork. Bake at 350 degrees until brown, about 1/2 hour.
