DAFFODIL CAKE 
1/2 box yellow cake mix
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
2 c. milk
20 oz. crushed pineapple
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 lg. Cool Whip
Optional garnish: nuts, cherries, coconut

Mix cake as directed on box, using only 1/2 ingredients. Bake in 9 x 13 inch pan and cool completely. Mix 1 1/2 cups milk with cream cheese. Mix 1/2 cup milk with pudding. Combine cream cheese and pudding. Spread on top of cooled cake and refrigerate 1 hour. Drain pineapple completely and spread on pudding over cake. Top with Cool Whip and garnish as desired.

Garnish with nuts, cherries, coconut as desired and store in refrigerator.
