GRAPENUT-BLUEBERRY BREAD 
1 c. grapenut cereal
2 c. buttermilk
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
2 beaten eggs
3 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. fresh blueberries

Soak cereal in buttermilk for 45 minutes. Sift flour with soda and baking powder. Add sugar, salt and eggs; mix well. Add cereal mixture. Gently stir in blueberries. Bake 350 degrees, 50-60 minutes. Makes 2 small loaves. (Batter will be sticky and thick.)
