ARTICHOKE HAM BITES | |
14 oz. can artichoke hearts 1/2 c. low calorie Italian salad dressing 1/8 tsp. garlic powder 6 slices boiled ham Drain artichoke hearts; cut in half. Combine dressing and garlic powder; add artichokes. Marinate several hours; drain. Cut ham in 1 x 4 inch strips. Wrap one strip around each artichoke half. Secure with wooden pick. Bake at 300 degrees about 10 minutes. 20 calories/serving. Makes 24. |
