ARTICHOKE-HAM BITES 
1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts
1/2 c. low calorie Italian salad dressing
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
6 slices boiled ham

Drain artichoke hearts; cut in half. Combine dressing and garlic powder; add artichokes. Marinate several hours, drain. Cut ham into 1x4 inch strips. Wrap 1 strip around each artichoke half. Secure with wooden pick. Bake at 300 degrees about 10 minutes. Yield: 24.
