GOULASH 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. med. size noodles
1 lg. can whole tomatoes, mashed or chopped
1 sm. can corn, kernels or pkg. frozen corn, drain off juice
1 can kidney beans
1 lb. chopped beef, break up and fry
1 lg. onion, chopped and minced until soft in juice from meat

Cook noodles, not too soft, drain and rinse with cold water. Add balance of ingredients plus salt, pepper and onion salt to taste. Mix. Place in large casserole with bacon strips and bake about 45 minutes.

Makes a large portion, enough for 6 or 7 depending on appetite.
