TWO DAY COLD CARROT SALAD 
1/2 pkg. cooked sliced carrots
1 sliced green pepper
2 med. sliced onions

SAUCE:

1/3 c. salad oil
1/2 c. cider vinegar
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Prepare sauce first, bring to boil. Turn down and simmer 5 minutes. Pour over carrots, peppers and onions. Let chill in refrigerator at least 2 days.
