SHORTBREAD COOKIES | |
1 lb. butter Beat well, until light and fluffy. Add: 1/2 c. cornstarch 1 c. powdered sugar 1 tsp. vanilla Will be very soft dough. Roll into balls and pat down with bottom of glass on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees, 9 to 12 minutes, or until very light golden brown. Can be decorated with sprinkles or candied cherries. |
