2 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
2 c. buttermilk
1/2 pkg. shortbread cookies (Keebler with chocolate stripes)
2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin oranges
16 oz. Cool Whip

Crush cookies. Combine all ingredients using juice of 1 can oranges. Drain the others. Salad keeps well.
