1 pkg. fudge stripe cookies, crushed
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 (8 oz.) whipped cream
1 can fruit cocktail
1 c. milk

Mix together milk and pudding until thick. Whip cream. Drain fruit cocktail, add to rest of ingredients. Mix together. Break cookies into bite size pieces; mix well.
