1/2 c. icing sugar
1 c. butter
2 1/2 c. flour

Knead with hands until like pie crust dough. Roll out and cut with any shape. Prick top with fork. Bake at 350 degrees F. Watch time of cooking. It will vary with size and thickness of the cookies.
