2 sticks butter
2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped frozen broccoli
2 c. Minute Rice
2 cans cream of mushroom or chicken soup
16 oz. jar Cheez Whiz
1 sm. onion, sauteed
1 c. milk

Mix all together in a bowl. Place in a 9 x 13 inch Pyrex dish and bake for 45-60 minutes at 350 degrees.
