MARY'S HAMBURGER CASSEROLE | |
3-4 sliced raw Irish potatoes 1 1/2 lbs. hamburger meat 2 cans vegetable beef soup, undiluted Place the potatoes in the bottom of a baking dish. Salt and pepper potatoes. Crumble hamburger meat and place over potatoes. Salt the meat. Pour soup over the meat. Cover with foil and bake at 400 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Remove foil last half hour of baking time. |
