SWEET & SOUR SPARERIBS 
3 or 4 slabs of lean spare-ribs
1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. honey
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 lemon, sliced
1 1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 c. vinegar
2 garlic cloves, crushed

Soak ribs in above ingredients for several hours. Place in baking dish. Cook for 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees until tender. Baste ribs as they are cooking.
