GERMAN FRUIT SALAD 
24 oz. sm. curd-style Cottage cheese
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange Jell-O
1 (13 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (11 1/2 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained

Blend cottage cheese and Cool Whip. Add Jell-O powder, orange and pineapple. Pour into shallow glass pan, about 8x12 inches. Chill 3 to 4 hours.

Serves 10.
