SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
Desired amount of sweet potatoes
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 stick butter
2 eggs, well beaten
1/2 c. evaporated milk

TOPPING:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
3/4 stick butter
1 c. crushed corn flake cereal

Boil sweet potatoes until done. Drain well and mash. Add sugar, butter, eggs, evaporated milk then mix. Pour into buttered casserole dish and bake 15-20 minutes at 375 degrees.

Topping: Mix together and spread over top of casserole. Cook about 5 minutes more at 300 degrees.
