CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI AUGRATIN 
Stuff a roni (8 oz.) box
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. chopped cooked chicken
1/2 c. frozen broccoli, chopped and thawed
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. milk

Combine 1/2 cup cheese, chicken, broccoli, bread crumbs and egg. Mix well. Fully cook stuff-a-roni. Bake, covered with foil, at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until sauce is bubbly. Uncover and sprinkle with 1 cup cheese. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
