OVEN - FRIED FISH 
1 tbsp. salt
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. water
1 c. slightly crushed cornflakes
2 lbs. boned fish fillets or steaks

Dissolve salt in combined milk and water. Dip fish in milk, then roll in cornflakes. Bake on greased cookie sheet at 500 degrees 15 minutes. Serve with favorite sauce.
