OVEN FRIED FISH 
1/4 lb. butter
8 fish fillets
1 egg, well beaten
1 egg, well beaten
1 c. fine bread crumbs
Salt & pepper to taste

Place butter in baking dish. Melt in 375 degree oven. Dip fish into beaten egg and roll in crumbs. Place fillets in butter turning to coat evenly. Season to taste. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
