2 lbs. cottage cheese
2 c. sugar
6 eggs
1 pt. sour cream
1 pt. milk
5 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients together very well, and then strain. The crust she usually uses was graham cracker, and she said just to buy some graham cracker crumbs and follow the directions on the box to make the bottom crust.

Use a "large" spring pan. After you do the graham cracker crust on the bottom of the pan, fill with cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for about an hour or until very firm. Then shut off the oven and cool in the oven for about 20 to 30 minutes then remove from oven and cool all the way before removing the outer part of the pan.

Chocolate chips can also be added to this recipe, at the very end, and also it is wonderful with Comstock canned cherries on top.
