BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 lg. bunch fresh broccoli
1 med. onion, chopped
1 stick butter
1 c. cooked rice
1 lg. pkg. grated Mozzarella cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tsp. salt

Chop onion and saute in butter until tender. Steam broccoli for about 5 minutes. Mix together all ingredients, leaving enough cheese to top casserole. Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees in glass casserole dish.
