MOIST CHOCOLATE BROWNIES 
1 c. (2 sticks) butter
1/3 c. cocoa
4 eggs, beaten
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
7 oz. jar marshmallow cream, or 2 c. miniature marshmallows

Melt butter; stir in cocoa. Add eggs, sugar, flour and salt; mix well. Stir in nuts. Pour into greased 11 x 14 inch baking pan or two 8 inch square pans. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. When done, spread with marshmallow cream or miniature marshmallows. (I have used large marshmallows cut in half, cut side down.) If necessary, return to oven to melt topping slightly. Cool before frosting.

COCOA BUTTER FROSTING:

1/2 c. butter
1/3 c. cocoa
1/3 c. milk
1 lb. box confectioner's sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
