EV'S SALAD 
2 1/2 c. crushed pineapple (#2 can)
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jello
1/2 c. grated American cheese
1/2 c. chopped pimiento
2/3 c. chopped walnuts
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. heavy cream, whipped
Sliced stuffed olives
1/2 c. chopped celery

Drain pineapple, heat syrup to boiling, add gelatin. Stir until dissolved. Chill until partially set. Add pineapple, cheese, pimiento, celery, nuts and salt. Fold in whipped cream. Arrange sliced stuffed olives on top.
