2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. vinegar
1 tsp. celery seed

Blend all ingredients until smooth. Cook in double boiler to smooth custard.
