POTTED CREAM CHEESE 
12 oz. cream cheese
2 tbsp. grated red radishes or 2 tbsp. Mrs. Dash
1/2 c. A-1 sauce, optional
1 tbsp. salsa

Mash cream cheese until soft and blend in radishes or Mrs. Dash. Pack into a mold that's wide and shallow so you have lots of top surface. Or spread and shape without a mold on a plate. Chill for several hours. Mix together A-1 sauce and salsa. Spread sauce over the top and let run over sides.

Serve with crackers and/or vegetable sticks. Provide spreaders to cut into cheese and sauce topping.
