WEDDING TRIFLE 
8 oz. cream cheese
16 oz. vanilla pudding
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
3 oz. box lemon pie filling mix
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
2 c. water
12 oz. pound cake cut in 1/2 inch slices

Mix first three ingredients until smooth in a 3 quart mixing bowl. In 3 quart microwave dish mix next three ingredients until smooth, then stir in 2 cups water, microwave on high for 3 minutes, stir well and microwave again on high 3 to 4 minutes until thickened. Next, in 8 inch square or circular serving dish alternate layers of pound cake, lemon filling and cream cheese mixture twice. Chill before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
