HEATHER'S PORK CHOPS 
6 thick cut pork chops
2 beaten eggs
Crushed potato chips
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 env. dry onion soup mix

Dip pork chops into egg mixture. Then dip into crushed potato chips. Brown on both sides. Arrange pork chops in a 9"x13" pan. In a bowl, combine mushroom soup with 1 can of water. Then mix in onion soup. Pour the mixture over the pork chops. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Serve with rice with the soup mixture spooned on.
