SHRIMP COCKTAIL 
1 1/2 c. crisp lettuce, shredded
4 oz. sm. or med, shrimp, rinsed & drained
3/4 c. chili sauce
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 - 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. peeled & diced apple
1/4 tsp. finely chopped celery

Line sherbet glasses with lettuce. Divide shrimp among sherbets, saving a few for garnish if desired.

Mix remaining ingredients in bowl, using smallest amount of Worcestershire sauce. Add until the right amount for you is reached. Spoon over shrimp shortly before serving. Serve with 2 small crackers placed beside each cocktail. (Ritz is good.) Makes 4 to 5.

Variation: Omit apple. Double amount of celery.
