TUNA CROQUETTES 
1 c. All Bran
1 tsp. vegetable oil
1 can water packed tuna, undrained
3 tbsp. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped celery
2 egg whites
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Crush 1/2 cup of All Bran into fine crumbs; combine with oil. Set aside. In medium bowl combine remaining cereal, tuna, onion, celery, egg whites and lemon juice until thoroughly mixed. Shape into croquettes. Roll in cereal crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
